Q1. Who Are Riot Music Distribution?

A1. We are a wholesale distribution company - based in Henley on Thames, we're currently setting up deals with independent punk, ska, hardcore labels to distribute them in the UK. For most releases we will be the only place to get hold of them over here.

Q2. How Do I Set Up an Account?

A2. Click the Open an Account link at the top of the page, and we will set you up with an account so you can purchase from the site, all initial orders will need to be paid up front, but if you think you will be ordering regularly from us, we will be able to set you up with a credit account.

Q3. How Do I place an order?

A3. Once you have an account you can place your order online, buy clicking on items, and adding them to your basket, when you're finished, click complete the order and it will be sent through to us. Alternatively if you prefer you can email, fax, or phone us with your order - all contact details can be found on the contact link at the top of the page.

Q4. How do we Pay?

A4. Once you've placed your order through the website, you will receive a confirmation email, we will be in contact shortly to arrange payment.

Q5. What payment options do you accept?

A5. We can process credit/debit card payments on our secure server. We can also accept Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders and Bank Transfers

1. Goods ordered from Riot Music Distribution will be dispatched to the address given on the application form, unless otherwise notified.

2. Carriage is charged at £3 per order, regardless of quantity. All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail unless requested by the customer to use a guaranteed next day delivery service. This will be at an additional cost to the customer.

3. Riot Music Distribution shall make every effort to complete all orders but cannot be held liable for any delays for whatever reason outside our control.

4. All Orders must be paid up front unless a credit account has been set up in advance.

5. Title of the goods supplied by Riot Music Distribution remain with the company until the full purchase price has been paid in full.

6. All Accounts are payable on demand, and payment should be made by the last day of the calender month following the date of invoice.

7. Riot Music Distribution may offer and vary accounts and credit limits at it's sole discretion.

8. All Shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. The risk in all goods are passed to you at the point of delivery.

9. New Release product which is made available prior to it's official release date, cannot be displayed or sold until the advised release date. Failure to comply will result in the removal of this pre-release facility.

10. We are unable to accept returns unless authorised in advance. All returns will be at the customers expense.
